Data processed
The identity and contact details you share in the online consultation form (name, phone, email, age, city), your complaint and additional information, and the medical images, reports and videos you upload (special-category personal data: health data). To prevent misuse, an irreversible hash of your IP address and the time of submission are also recorded.
Purpose and legal basis
The data are processed so that the doctor can review your images and contact you. Health data are processed on the basis of your explicit consent under Article 6 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK). Your contact details are needed to respond to your request (Article 5/2-c).
Transfer abroad
The form and files are stored encrypted on the infrastructure of Cloudflare, Inc. (on servers outside Türkiye, including Europe and the USA). This transfer is based on your explicit consent under Article 9 KVKK. The data are not shared with any other third party.
Retention
Requests are kept for up to 1 year after the review and are then deleted automatically. You may ask for earlier deletion.
Your rights
Under Article 11 KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data are processed, request information, ask for correction or deletion, withdraw your consent and lodge a complaint. Send requests to draltandemirel@gmail.com.
e-Nabız
The form does not ask for your e-Nabız password. Doctors can view your e-Nabız records only if you grant sharing permission in e-Nabız yourself.
