How?

Sign in to the e-Nabız app or enabiz.gov.tr with your e-Devlet details.
Open the privacy / sharing settings.
Allow doctors to view your data (with a specific doctor or with all doctors).
Menu names may differ between app versions. Sharing permission does not require giving your password to anyone.
