He completed his medical degree at Eskişehir Osmangazi University and his specialist training in brain and nerve surgery at Ankara University Faculty of Medicine. Today he performs brain, spinal cord and spine surgery. He works with patients from different cities across Türkiye and from abroad. He has operated in the Middle East and Africa, and took part in setting up a neurosurgery department at a private hospital in Ethiopia and in its first operations.

Neuro-oncology and Skull Base
Surgical treatment of brain and spinal cord tumours, using neuronavigation, intraoperative neuromonitoring and, when needed, awake craniotomy.
Endoscopic Surgery
Procedures performed with a camera through a small incision. Used for chronic subdural haematoma, selected bleeds inside the brain and tumours in narrow spaces.
Neurovascular Surgery
Procedures on the blood vessels of the brain. Clipping, endovascular and hybrid approaches for aneurysms and arteriovenous malformations.
Spine Surgery
Surgery for lumbar and cervical disc herniation, spinal stenosis, spondylolisthesis, scoliosis and spinal trauma. Minimally invasive methods in suitable cases.
Pain Treatment
Interventional pain procedures. Occipital nerve block for migraine and headaches that do not respond to medication, image-guided procedures.
Trauma Surgery
Emergency surgery for head and spine injuries. The first 48 hours are critical; the aim is to reduce neurological damage and stabilise the spine.
Peripheral Nerve Surgery
Nerves outside the brain and spinal cord. Carpal and cubital tunnel compression, peroneal nerve entrapment and traumatic injuries.
Paediatric Neurosurgery
Brain and spinal cord surgery in children. Hydrocephalus, spinal dysraphism, tethered cord and craniosynostosis.
Ependymoma
Glial tumours arising from the cells lining the ventricles and the spinal canal. Surgical and oncological approach.
